Nick Bowers
I’m Nick Bowers, Founder and Managing Director of Collective IP. I set up Collective IP in 2017, on the back of 25 years in the IT channel.
I wanted to create a business that focused on core values, culture and service excellence. The team that have joined me since are like my family, sharing the same purpose, work ethic and values.
In my free time, alongside spending time with my family, I am an avid Leeds United supporter. I love getting on the bike, playing a bit of golf and getting to the gym which I must confess is less frequent that I would like.
Nick Robinson
I’m Nick Robinson, Commercial Director at Collective IP. I joined the team to lead the growth of our business.
The great work we have done combined with the quality and integrity of our team is the reason I joined. I feel very honoured to join such a great group of people, continuing to support them be the best version of themselves every day.
When I am not working, you will generally find me playing sport (squash, swimming, padel, golf, skiing etc), enjoying my wonderful children, walking my dog and mucking about in the workshop, tinkering.
Kevin Styles
I’m Kevin Styles, Chief Technology & Compliance Officer at Collective IP. I have been here since the beginning, building the technical capabilities of our business.
My background is in public services and defense, specialising in networking, security and digital transformation. I am currently expanding the technical field services teams and growing our technology practices.
When I find free time, I spend most of it with family and like to indulge in reading about emerging technologies, carpentry (cabinet making), technology prototyping (mainly with a soldering iron in hand) and bushcraft.
Andy Mudie
I’m Andy Mudie, Operations Director Collective IP, delivering operational excellence for our clients and partners.
The Collective IP team have such energy and motivation to provide the best possible customer service, and it’s both inspiring and fun to work with people who share these same passions.
In my time out I love hiking in the Peak District, the gym, immersing myself in a variety of motorsport, and catching up with friends over some great food and drink.
Ella Bowers
I’m Ella Bowers, Head of PMO at Collective IP. My role is to oversee the successful delivery of all projects from start to finish.
With a shared goal of service excellence, I support the team to bring this vision to life through extensive planning, collaboration and creative problem solving. I have a passion for turning ideas into reality and project management gives me the perfect platform to do just that.
Outside of work, you’ll either find me on a run, inside Zara or enjoying an Aperol Spritz or two!
Ali Venn
I’m Ali Venn, Head of Finance at Collective IP. I joined the team in 2022 to manage the team and help streamline our financial operations.
No two days are ever the same in this dynamic, forward-thinking company and I thrive on the challenges that come with working in this ever-evolving company.
Outside of work if I’m not spending time with family, you’ll often find me on the netball court or out walking my two gorgeous cocker spaniels. There’s nothing quite like a good workout or walk to recharge after a busy day in the office!

Joint Heads of Company Food Recycling. Working in the Collective IP canteen, they ensure that all our recycling obligations are met whilst lowering our fixed costs.
Betty
Betty is Chief Happiness Officer. Her approach to life is full of zest and kindness, brightening up our lives with every lick and over affectionate cuddle.
Indiana
Head of Field Testing specialising in packet sniffing and GOPHER detection. Indy always prefers to be out on patrol, securing the perimiter.
